I visited the Murray St store Monday morning and I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service from Dylan and Henry. They went above and beyond for me and did it all with a smile. Robin went above and beyond for me on Friday I had my first wedding photography job last Saturday and he was super helpful with helping me with the gear I needed, he gave me some tips and showed me how to use the new flash I bought one of the best customer service I have received. Thanks again.

Amazing service. I gave them a call to see if by any sort of miracle they had a Fuji X100V (these are devilishly hard to find) and they said they’d call me if one came available, but chances being very slim. Imagine my surprise when a few days later the same guy called me back, remembering our concersation and getting me my dream camera! Amazing service in store as well, got a decent amount of tips and advice, these guys truly made my day!

Always great service. I'm always annoying the team with questions about camera gear or some crazy idea and they're always keen to help solve any problem... admittedly that's resulted in me spending all my money in the store but it's worth it!

Fantastic service; bought a great camera from them recently. Not only did they give me a great deal, when I had an issue with it a few weeks later (my fault) they fixed it and rescued all my photos. Thank you Camera Electronic!

They will answer all your questions, and they don't try and sell you things you don't need. The times that I have been here, I have always been treated with top tier customer service!I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the staff that helped me, really would like to thank them. They have been extremely helpful, kind and understanding! While I was with them, I overheard another staff serving a family looking for a compact camera and I’m certain all of them are very knowledgable with the cameras, equipment and accessories they offer.Thank you so much team at Camera Electronics Murray Street!
